Thieves Market is held on a packed dirt lotcompletely exposed to the elements. The pros, without missing a beat, grab a tent pole to hold it all down when a gust comes through. They prefer rain because they know the weak will stay home. Better pickin for them. No doubt, you will get some dust on your shoes.

We have space for about a hundred+ vendors. was 42.

It costs Wear sturdy shoes and bring cash. Not all vendors accept credit cards.

We work with the Phoenix Food Coalition to send us the latest and greatest been wonderful so far. But please note, we are within sixty yards of point out right from our entrance.

The Big Heap Vintage and Handmade Festival is coming to the "Perfectly Uncivilized" town of Cave Creek, November 16, 17, & 18, 2012.

The Big Heap will feature Vintage, Industrial, Modern, Salvaged and Handmade goods. Nothing new or mass produced, unless you create by hand real, real fast.

Some of the best food trucks in the Valley

Directions

From Phoenix: Take the Cave Creek Road exit off the 101 loop. Travel North approx. 12.5 miles into the town of Cave Creek. Follow the Thieves Market signs. (there should be plenty) - Turn right (south) on Hidden Valley Drive.

From Scottsdale: Follow Scottsdale Road into the town of Carefree (Scottsdale Road becomes Tom Darlington at the Carefree Hwy.)

Turn left at the intersection of Tom Darlington and Cave Creek Road, head west into the town of Cave Creek. Follow the signs from the 4-way stop at Schoolhouse and Cave Creek Road. Turn left on Hidden Valley Drive.

From Interstate 17: Exit Carefree Highway (223A) head East for approx. 9.5 miles. Turn left on Cave Creek Road (north).

Follow Cave Creek Road into the town of Cave Creek and follow the signs for Thieves Market.
